# RebootInstances

## 1. 接口描述

本接口(RebootInstances)用于重启一个或多个虚拟机实例。

**注意事项**

* 只有状态为 **`RUNNING`** 的实例可以进行此操作。
* 本接口为异步接口，重启实例请求发送成功后会立即返回，此时操作并未完成。实例操作结果可以通过调用[`DescribeInstancesStatus`](/api-reference/cn/legacy/vm/virtual-machine-instance/describeinstancesstatus.md)接口查询，如果实例状态(instanceStatus)由\*\*`REBOOT`**(启动中)变为**`RUNNING`\*\*(运行中)，则代表实例重启成功，重启过程中不可对实例进行任何操作。
* 支持批量操作。每次请求批量实例的上限为100。

| 403     | OPERATION\_DENIED\_INSTANCE\_STATUS   | 实例当前的状态不支持该操作。 |
