You need upgrade to Pro to manage the API endpoints.

API Endpoint Management

1. Open the editor, click the gear icon in the top-right corner, then navigate to Cursor Settings → Models.

2. Expand API Keys, enable and enter Open AI Key, and Override OpenAI Base URL.
