## 出站流量

在计算机网络中，出站流量是指从一个网络或设备流向另一个网络或互联网的数据包。它是入站流量的对立面，入站流量指的是数据包进入一个网络或设备的流动。出站流量通常由用户设备或应用程序生成，并通过网络传输到其预定目的地。

## 弹性 IP

EIP 是弹性 IP 的缩写。它是一个静态的公网 IPv4 地址，可以分配给云环境中的资源，例如云计算实例，然后在需要时快速重新分配给另一个资源。EIP 被称为“弹性”是因为它可以轻松分配和释放，从而在同一区域内的资源之间快速重新分配。这使得它在资源需要按需替换或扩展时非常有用。
