# Do new customers get vouchers? Why didn’t I receive one?

**Q:** Do new customers get vouchers? Why didn’t I receive one?\
**A:** New customers are usually eligible for platform vouchers. After you top up your account and make any amount of consumption, a **$100 voucher** will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. The voucher is valid for one month, so please make sure to use it in time.

If you have met the above conditions but still haven’t received the voucher, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
