# Network Billing

Apart from the resources, the public network is billed too. Zenlayer offers three categories of network billing:

* **Flat Rate** — a fixed monthly fee at a committed bandwidth rate, regardless of actual traffic. See [Flat Rate](/welcome/pricing/network-billing/flat-rate.md).
* **Burstable 95th** — billed on the monthly 95th-percentile bandwidth (the larger of ingress and egress) on top of a bandwidth commitment. Available as [Aggregated Burstable 95th](/welcome/pricing/network-billing/aggregated-burstable-95th.md) (pooled within a single city) and [Bandwidth Cluster](/welcome/pricing/network-billing/regional-aggregated-burstable-95th.md) (pooled across a region).
