During creation, the service state is Inactive. Once created, the service state syncs with the state of underlying resources.
My Private Connect state is Inactive. What should I do?
Check the operation state of the two access points of your Private Connect. If it shows Creating failed, please reach out to us to discover the cause.
My Private Connect state is Active, but its access point state is Inactive. What should I do?
If the Inactive point is a public cloud, please check if you have accept the connection on the public cloud console. If you had, please reach out to us to discover the cause.
If the Inactive point is a data center port, please check whether the port is connected. Consult with your Cross Connect supplier or check your on-premise device state. If everything is normal, please reach out to us to discover the cause.
