# Aggregated Burstable 95th

Aggregated Burstable 95th pools your ZEC EIPs into a single meter, then bills the monthly 95th-percentile of their combined bandwidth — the larger of the ingress and egress 95th. A commitment floor is always paid regardless of usage, with overage billed on top.

This billing method is designed for fleet-scale workloads with 50 or more EIPs. For smaller deployments, Flat Rate or Data Transfer are simpler and usually more cost-effective.

For a detailed guide on how Aggregated Burstable 95th works, the calculation methodology, and when to use it, see the [Aggregated Burstable 95th Billing](/welcome/elastic-compute/networking/01-overview/05-aggregated-95th.md) documentation.
