# Manage Your Cloud Router

## **State of Your Cloud Router and Port**

* **Inactive**

  The port or cloud router is not connected.
* **Up**\
  The port or cloud router is connected and running.
* **Down**\
  The port or cloud router is disabled.
* **Warning**\
  One or more ports or connections are down and abnormal.
* **Power off**\
  You deleted your service, or your balance is 2 days overdue.

<mark style="color:blue;">Go to</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Action**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Redeploy**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">to restore your service or refill your balance within 2 days. Otherwise, your service will be fully terminated and become unrestorable.</mark>

## **Cloud Router List**

1. Expand the cloud router to view port or cloud connect details.
2. Click **+ Add Point** to add new access points.
3. Click the label of your cloud router to:
   * Select access points and view your bandwidth graph in **Overview**
   * Update your notes or delete your cloud router in **Information**
   * Click **+ Add Point** on the upper-right corner to add new access points

* <mark style="color:blue;">If the billing cycle has already started (UTC+0), you will still need to pay your bill from the day of deletion. * <mark style="color:blue;">Go to</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Action**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">></mark> <mark style="color:blue;">**Redeploy**</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">to restore your service within 2 days. Otherwise, your service will be fully terminated.</mark>
* <mark style="color:blue;">All data will be scrubbed and become unrecoverable once your cloud router has been fully terminated. Please proceed with caution.</mark>
