Added support for Global VPN Provider Data Transfer Plan providing Zenlayer's global bare metal with data transfer package. You don't need to forsake performance for price;
Upgraded Upgrade and Downgrade operations on public bandwidth and data transfer. For example, downgrade operations are not allowed for unsubscribed resources; if you unsubscribe your resources, all the scheduling orders will be canceled, too;
Upgraded Terms and Conditions confirmation upon placing the order. You need to check and confirm the Terms and Conditions when you place the order of one product for the first time. Afterwards within 6 months, you don't need to check and confirm again.

Upgraded IPMI (Intelligent Platform Management Interface) access control to further enhance security. You can only access IPMI in relatively safe environment.
Upgraded agent architecture to further enhance security.
You can now change the public virtual interface bandwidth of your bare metal cloud instance. You can control your public network data transfer by changing the bandwidth cap. With no public bandwidth limitation, the public bandwidth cap would be the maximum port bandwidth allowed.
