You can now reinstall the operating system of your virtual machine instance. After powering off the instance, you can reset your operating system or reinstall other operating systems.
Bandwidth upgrade and downgrade are now available. You can downgrade or upgrade instance bandwidth cap, which will take immediate effect and cannot be reversed.
